NIGERIA’S ECONOMY GROWS FASTER, MOVING TOWARDS USD 1 TRILLION TARGET

Nigeria’s economy is growing at a faster pace. New figures show the country’s Gross Domestic Product, GDP, rose by 4.43 per cent in the second quarter of 2026. That is higher than the 4.23 per cent recorded in the same period last year, and 3.89 per cent in the first quarter of this year.
