The Federal Government, states, and local government councils have shared N1.578 trillion in March 2025 Federation Account Revenue. This revenue sharing was done at the April 2025 Federation Account Allocation Committee meeting in Abuja. 

The distributable revenue comprises N931.325 billion in statutory revenue, N593.750 billion in Value Added Tax revenue, N24.971 billion in Electronic Money Transfer Levy revenue, and N28.711 billion in Exchange Difference revenue.

According to the communiqué issued by the Federation Account Allocation Committee, the total gross revenue available in March 2025 was N2.411 trillion. After deductions for cost of collection and transfers, the amount left for sharing was N1.578 trillion. 

The Federal Government received N528.696 billion, while state governments received N530.448 billion. Local Government Councils got N387.002 billion, and N132.611 billion was allocated to benefiting states as derivation revenue.
