The Minister of finance and the Cordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr.Wale Edun is the Leader of Nigerian delegation at the Ongoing 2024 InternationalMonetary Funds meeting, IMF in Washington,US.

The Minister,Mr. Wale Edun is expected to push for global support for Nigeria’s economic reforms and also lead a flagship event titled: Women Transforming the World, to be hosted by the World Bank President, Ajay Banga.

He will also be leading the African caucus’ effort at mainstreaming the concerted call for strengthening Africa’s resilience to surmount the multi-faceted challenges facing the continent.

On the other hand, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) would also be hosting an event on the sideline titled, Strengthening ties with Nigerians Abroad: A conversation with, CBN Governor, Yemi Cardoso
