President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emphasized the importance of inclusive governance and collective responsibility in making Nigeria productive.

He made this statement while receiving members of Course 33 of the National Defence College in Abuja, urging them to view themselves as agents of positive national development.

The President commended the participants for their patriotic duty and commitment throughout the programme, stating that his administration is committed to empowering the nation’s defence and military institutions to develop a crop of sufficiently trained officers.

He also assured that his administration will carefully study the recommendations from the research paper presented by the participants, titled ‘Harnessing Indigenous Manufacturing for Enhanced National Security by Year 2040’.

President Tinubu challenged the participants to be committed to intellectual analysis of the nation’s emerging challenges, emphasizing the need for Nigeria to maximize its human, material, and intellectual potential for enhanced industrialization, peace, and prosperity.
