Rwanda national team, Amuvabi, believe home advantage will give them an edge over Nigeria during Tuesday’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group D clash at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.

This is the general belief held by coaches and players of the team, which their head coach Frank Torsten Spittler buttressed after they forced Libya to a 1-1 draw in their opening match at 11 June Stadium, Tripoli, on September 4.

Lauding his team’s performance against the North Africans, Spittle admitted that the clash with the Super Eagles will be difficult, adding that they would make the most of the home advantage to upend the three-time African champions, who steamrolled Benin Republic 3-0 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday to take charge of the group.
