Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has urged Nigerian women to embrace their confident side without being humble.

In a recent appearance on the Oui Oui Baguette show, Starr emphasized the importance of hard work and confidence for black women and girls.

She urged them to not be humble about their hard work and to express themselves without being told they are doing too much.
