IPOB ASSURES NDIGBO OF PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS, VOWS TO COMBAT INSECURITY
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has pledged to end insecurity in the South-East region, urging the Ndigbo people to return home for the Christmas season.
The group’s spokesperson, Emma Powerful, via a statement assured that Eastern Security Network operatives would provide a peaceful atmosphere during the festive period.
The IPOB emphasizes the importance of peace and security in the South-East region, stating that the Federal Government’s presence in the region makes it vulnerable.
The group has called on Ndigbo to return investments home to encourage development and employment for Biafran youths.
The group also cautioned criminal elements to stay away from the region, particularly during the Christmas season.
