US LAB DENIES CONDUCTING POISON TEST ON MOHBAD.

The National Medical Services Laboratories in Pennsylvania, USA, has refuted the Lagos State Government’s claim that a toxicology test was conducted at its facility to determine the cause of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba’s death.

The claim was made in response to inquiries made by a journalist who embarked on a fact-finding mission to ascertain the musician’s cause of death.

The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso had confirmed that the toxicology test was being conducted at the NMS Labs in Pennsylvania, USA.

The test result arrived in Nigeria in April 2024 and was passed on to a pathologist for interpretation.

However, during the fact-finding mission, the journalist independently verified the location of the NMS Labs and the single email address used for correspondence.

The journalist urged the NMS Labs to verify the authenticity of the claim and provide clarification on the discrepancies surrounding the artist’s death.
