The Federal Government has launched the Renewed Hope Housing Online Portal to streamline home sales under the Renewed Hope Cities and Estate Program.

The portal, launched by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development Arc. Musa Dangiwa aims to break barriers to homeownership for Nigerians and promote technology systems and private sector-led initiatives

The portal also offers flexible payment options, including one-time payments and installment plans, and easy access to mortgage plans. 

The Renewed Hope Cities and Estates program, initiated by President Bola Tinubu’s administration, aims to bridge the housing gap and make home ownership accessible to average Nigerians.
